Success Story of Best Restaurant Franchise In India

Aman Sood, the owner of the Chai Theka used to work in a private company, due to long duty hours, could not give time to the family, salary was also very less. One day, he went for an interview in a tea company because his area of interest was tea and duty hours were also less. He thought he could give enough time to his family while working. On that day, he noticed that tea was very expensive for that company.

He suddenly realized that he should start the tea business because he always gets the appreciation of his family when he makes the tea for them. Along with this, he realized if he will start the business then he can also spend quality time with his family and That’s How he started one of the most successful Restaurant Franchise In India.

The first concept of his business was to deliver the tea to companies because the companies always need tea for all their manpower. But it was very difficult to do so because he was alone. When he told this concept to his friends, they always made a joke of him and nobody wanted to support him. But the family support was always with him.

He also had a lack of money investment to start his startup. For this, his wife and mother supported him in the form of money by mortgaging their ornaments and other assets so that he could shape this dream of having tea business effectively.

After getting the support from his family, he started to design the concept of business. His Creative mind helped him a lot in designing the concept of the Best Cafe In Delhi effectively. With his creativity, he designed the funky concept for his business because he wanted to attract the youth along with elders towards his business.

When he launched his business on 19th November 2019 in Shivaji Park, Shahdara, Delhi, he started to get the appreciation of the people from his nearby areas due to his unique concept. His business was running very smoothly and become one of the Best Cafe In Delhi, then in March 2020, the Covid pandemic came which affected almost all businesses.

His café was closed owing to the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, and he suffered a significant financial loss. Due to his passion for his profession, he began a little tea tapri on a table outside his house, but no one came because no one wants to eat outside due to Covid-19's security precautions. As a result, this tapri was likewise closed.

After the initial lockdown ended, he reopened the little café at Durga Puri Chowk, Shahdara, Delhi, by taking out another mortgage. However, doing business during that period was extremely difficult since everyone was afraid to eat or drink things outside their houses.

He began advertising his company by handing out pamphlets to customers at the Durga Puri red light in Shahdara. He got his business back on track after a lot of hard work, and he started getting favorable feedback from customers again.

When the second wave of Covid-19 arrived, our government declared a state of emergency to safeguard the people. His store was likewise shuttered due to the lockdown.

He again started the hard work to get his business back on track because he didn’t want to give up at any cost and now, he is getting the positive response from the customers from different areas and cities.

From his hard work and dedication, there are so many franchises of his business opened in different cities of our country and become the most successful Restaurant Franchise In India, he is now focusing to take his business outside India to spread the taste of India. He has got so many appreciation for his hard work and dedication.
